We ship throughout the lower 48 United States. Curbside shipping is included in the price. With curbside shipping the shipping company will pull up and offload the pieces to an area in front of your home. If you need someone to bring the furniture into your home and set it up, we also offer that with our white glove delivery option. The cost of white glove delivery is based on what you are ordering and where it is being shipped to. Please email sales@mysofacreation for a shipping quote as needed.
Worried about stains ruining your new furniture? We got you covered! We offer best in class furniture protection insurance for your new furniture. Different than a warranty - which covers manufacturing defects, the furniture protection plan covers life’s accidents.
How it works: Once a stain occurs we will walk you through cleaning the stain first. If that doesn’t work a professional technician will be sent out to clean the area of the stain and get it looking like new. Lastly, if that doesn’t work we replace the affected item or replace the entire piece of furniture at no cost. If your furniture is no longer available, you can re-select new furniture or equal of lesser value. The protection plan lasts for 5 years and will cover an unlimited number of accidents. The price of the protection plan is based on the item being covered.
FRAMES: Sofa Creations warrants all frames used in sofas, loveseats, chairs, and sectionals against material and manufacturing defects such as cracks or breaks for 7 years under conditions of normal use.
SEAT CUSHIONS: Sofa Creations warrants all seat cushions used in sofas, loveseats, chairs, and sectionals against material and manufacturing defects for 7 years under conditions of normal use. If the foam in any seat cushion compresses more than 25% your seat cushion will be replaced free of charge.
SPRINGS: Sofa Creations warrants all base and back springs used in sofas, loveseats, chairs, and sectionals against material and manufacturing defects for 7 years under conditions of normal use.
SEAMS: Sofa Creations warrants all fabric and leather seams in sofas, loveseats, chairs, and sectionals against material and manufacturing defects for 7 years under conditions of normal use.
FABRICS: Sofa Creations warrants all upholstered fabrics against seam slippage, fraying, and dye transfers for a period of 2 years under the conditions of normal use. This warranty does not apply to tears, flattening of nap, fading, pilling, or shrinking from misuse or improper care. The warranty is not valid when heavy soiling or abuse is evident.
*No warranty will apply to furniture products intentionally misused, or to damage resulting from negligence, exposure, rental, or commercial use, improper cleaning and care, or other unreasonable use.
These warranties are non-transferable. Under these warranties Sofa Creations obligation is limited to repairing any part or parts covered under an approved warranty claim by Sofa Creations customer service department.
RETURNS: Sofa Creations does not accept returns/exchanges/trade-ins for custom sofas/sectionals nor models sold off the floor. We thank you for your cooperation.
