We ship throughout the lower 48 United States. Curbside shipping is included in the price. With curbside shipping the shipping company will pull up and offload the pieces to an area in front of your home. If you need someone to bring the furniture into your home and set it up, we also offer that with our white glove delivery option. The cost of white glove delivery is based on what you are ordering and where it is being shipped to. Please email sales@mysofacreation for a shipping quote as needed.

Worried about stains ruining your new furniture? We got you covered! We offer best in class furniture protection insurance for your new furniture. Different than a warranty - which covers manufacturing defects, the furniture protection plan covers life’s accidents.

How it works: Once a stain occurs we will walk you through cleaning the stain first. If that doesn’t work a professional technician will be sent out to clean the area of the stain and get it looking like new. Lastly, if that doesn’t work we replace the affected item or replace the entire piece of furniture at no cost. If your furniture is no longer available, you can reselect new furniture or equal of lesser value. The protection plan lasts for 5 years and will cover an unlimited number of accidents. The price of the protection plan is based on the item being covered.

10 Year Warranty: Mechanisms. We guarantee the internal mechanism and construction of our recliners and sofas for a period of 10 years from the date of initial delivery to the consumer.
• The 10-year guarantee covers the mechanical functions in the recliner/sofa
• The 10-year guarantee covers the internal framework of steel and/or wood, including the metal springs.
The 10-year guarantee does not cover damage to leather, woodwork or any faults or damage caused by the use of the product other than in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Some natural settlement and indention in the padding and foam is considered normal and is part of a break-in process.
5 Year Warranty: Base, Foam and Power Motor/Mechanisms. The 5 year warranty covers the base for the chair and ottoman, including the swivel ring, gas lift, extensions as well as all foam and interior padding in the chair and ottoman. Also includes electronic parts and motor for Power mechanism and all accessories. Please note that some deformation and indention in padding is considered normal and is part of a break-in process.
2 Year Warranty: Power Batteries. We guarantee battery units on Stressless furniture for a period of 2 years from the date of initial delivery to the consumer. This guarantee only applies to the battery units offered by Stressless; use of 3rd party batteries with Stressless products will void the entire Stressless warranty.
1 Year Warranty: Leather or Fabric Upholstery. The 1 year warranty covers the leather or fabric upholstery including stitching and zippered assemblies assuming that the product has been cared and maintained using Stressless approved guidelines for maintaining leather furniture.
